I wouldn't worry. They're legit. Sometimes toll free numbers cause problems. Most likely an issue with the phone company

 

I couldn't get through with that number either. They did respond to my e-mail fairly quickly though. I just placed an order yesterday.

 

i called this number, and it is indeed Infiniti of Scottsdale in Arizona. they said their phones were down yesterday, but now they are back up. the lady in parts department was very nice, and was excited that i'm going to order something from them.

so, cancel red alert!
