30 miles from home (Sylmar, CA) to South Central Los Angeles, and vice versa
so 60 miles total, plus wherever else I drive after work (Casinos for some poker or 24 Hour Fitness to work out)

LA people have it the hardest...our dumb 30 miles commutes take 1.5 hours (on good day or weekend its really probably a 30 minute or less drive)...Traffic makes a small commute seem like a vacation getaway...yet we're still in LA...

When I purchased my G, I was driving about 75 miles a day, so I wanted a nice car. One month later I changed jobs. Now I only drive about 25. I only spend about an hour a day in the car now, hardly worth the car payment. But I love my G! I guess I need to go drive around at lunch.

1 mile commute to train station - $1 in gas
~30 miles on LIRR to Manhattan (45-55 Minutes each way ...when it doesn't break down for being too sunny, too cold, to rainy, too dry, too humid, too much snow, too much traffic or because the sky is blue!) - $203 Month
Miles put on G - 0
Having an Expedition for a station car and winter beater - Priceless

Picked up the G March 25, 2003 - Currently just shy of 19K!

I drive it on the weekends because the G, even with mods, gas, and car payment is still cheaper then seeing a shrink! LOL

I think my commute beats everyone here. it's

126 miles/round trip. (Gas and toll around $40/day) 2 hours drive

I bought my G35 2 weeks ago, did the commuting for a week, put like 1000 miles on it. second week I immediately went to take the train..(now I figure $20/day - 4 hours train). I live in Long Island, working at Giant Stadium.

Thats a really good idea-- 4 miles goes by pretty quick-- esp. in a G =)

Great exersize.

Its about 5 miles to school for me, probably 15mi when I work locally

Then I drive down south a good deal probably a 100mi day once a week.. Somehow i manage 150-300 mi's pending on where I need to go for work...

almost two years and somehow only 12k miles lol! [couldn't drive it legally the first 5 months I owned it =X]

120 miles 5 days per week in my M3... I am trashing the car, which is why I am considering either a G or a Z.
