last night i stopped by infiniti of kirkland and asked a sales guy if they had an 06 coupe in i could look at. he stared at me for a second and then laughed with his friend saying they wont be coming out for awhile being pretty rude. am i wrong or do some people on here already have 06 coupes?

Yeah, theres as guy that posted piccs of a black 06 6MT (must be the skylar guy) VERY sweet car I might add. He has already done wheels & I think the suspension. I had a simillar exp. with my local dealer when I was looking at 05 6mt's. I think some of those guys forget that they are still car salesmen, regardless of what kind of cars they sell!

 

Very basic sales tactic. He'd much rather sell you an 05' so he can get rid of his current stock before the 06s arrive and he gets stuck with 05s..

 

That salesman is a jack a$$, the 06's are out and available at dealers. I've also seen them. I wouldn't go through that dealership if I were you...

Unfortunately if you're in Washington, there's only two Infiniti dealers and I've heard they are owned by the same company. However, it might be the particular sales person rather than the dealership, so either ask for a different sales person or try the one in Fife/Tacoma.

Im not looking to buy one, I just got my 05 coupe. I was just going in to look at them and the sales guy was a complete jerk off and literally laughed in my face telling me they wont be out for awhile. Hoping i remembered correctly from reading a post by Skylar I told him that he should know more and that a few guys I know (dont actually know anyone but sounds more convincing) already have them down in Texas. I walked out and I saw him walk over to the computer prolly going to find out if he made a fool of himself.

 

next time laugh back at him and tell him to check like the hired bitch he is, chances are he cant afford it so he doesnt want anyone else driving one.

 

Lots of people are as$hats. Some just happen to sell cars! The others are split evenly amongst all other walks of life. Sorry you had to run into one.
