G35C-C ?!

I wonder if Infiniti plans on making a convertible version of the Coupe... I know it would probably add a little weight, but what the heck... 2005 model?

Re: G35C-C ?!

i would prefer a hardtop convertible, ALA SL500/SC430, it would look absolutely stunning! I'm not too fond of the rag-top look. I would gladly pay $5,000 more for a G35 hardtop roadster rather than a softop

Re: G35C-C ?!

I saw the new 350Z roadster in the 2003 August Car & Driver issue and I must say that it does have an exotic look to it. The only that sucks is that, they used a ragtop instead of a folding aluminum hardtop.

I just saw one on the road yesterday, and while I prefer the HT over conv., it does look better in person. Makes the car look smaller too

Re: G35C-C ?!

How about a T-top 350Z and G35. There were older Z with the t top why not a new one with one.

I think that if the Convertable were a hard top you would be looking at closer to 10k over the MSRP on the standard G35. Consider that the base Z with a soft top is 34K, and the 3000GT Spyder was 15k more then the standard 3000GT VR-4 in 95 and 96...

I do however think that a fully automatic hardtop convertable would be sooo sweet
