Re: exhaust tip scrape
lol Mani, thats what i would do...hehe
The tips are not chrome by the way, its stainless steel, so perhaps try to get some polish and go that route. Or just wait a month and get a new exhaust sys for about $650

Re: exhaust tip scrape
don't know that I've ever tried it (anyone can call me dumb on this one), but since it's stainless steel, maybe you could get several diff grades of sandpaper and sand it out????? then, buff out the roughness left by the finer grades of sandpaper???
maybe using a buffing tool or even by hand?
hey, guys out there, I'm just guessing. but is stainless steel more than just a few mils thick so that xthecat could do this? or would s/he scrape right thru to some non-stainless steel thus providing a point for rusting out?
hope it's possible, otherwise, it's not Bud time...it's Borla time! good luck. tell us the outcome, please.
