Don't see a lot of G's around here at all ( I'm like one of 6 in a 50 mile radius ) so exposure to differ models is slim. Did you have to special order it?

There's a handful of people who did not want the premium package or sunroof which is generally a special order; the dealer always gives them a hard time, and there's a bunch of threads with people bitching about how their dealer gave them crap over it.

No sunroof (by choice) here either. I call it the 'light-weight/hardtop/limited-edition' model (take your pick ).

I did have to special order it (most are optioned with Premium Pkg). They didn't give me an ounce of grief. They were happy to order one and have a no-hassle sale. I requested that they beat an offer of $1,500 below MSRP and they countered with $1,750. No problems. The deal was done, except for the waiting (68 days).

I have a lot of headroom, no rattles and the car seems extremely solid/flat during hard cornering and off-camber turns. For me, it was well worth the wait. Just didn't care for the other options and certainly didn't want to pay for what I didn't want in the first place.

Should pick up the car from the bodyshop today, so I should be posting pics in the morning.

Can everyone specify if their hardtop coupe is a 5AT or 6MT (if your sig doesn't already reflect that info.)?

No sunroof here, in fact, no options at all

don't have a garage (homelink), I'm the only one driving (memory seats and steering wheel adjustments), will be going double din anyway (bose), more headroom, less squeaks, and saved $2500

ok, so I do miss auto-headlights, but that wasn't worth $2500 to me

My G is a CB, no sunroof w/ cloth interior. Someone looked up that config for me and it is one if not the rarest there is. CB should be brought back...the color change in the paint is awesome.

^^ +1 on the color. I like that as well. dealer d!cked with me forever on getting a TB one. "only bringing 1000 6mt's over to the US, will be 7 mo to get one in TB w/out a sunroof" bla bla for months till I said screw it and found my OB with 8K miles on it. Still long for a TB coupe though..

Make a wish when you see a shooting star, blow out your birthday candles, see a cloth G or a G with no sunroof.
