This is funny but at the same time i am kinda pissed at how stupid some ppl can be. For god's sake atleast know the products your company makes before trying to sell one of those products...

i wish this dealer was the east coast, i would have loved to go down there and speak to this bimbo.

That's why I take any salesman's word with a very very BIG chunk of salt...
They are coming out with a convertible coupe =D

I too was at a honda dealer looking at s2000s for a friend, and a blonde saleswoman came out. every question i asked, she fumbled with papers and tried to answer the question. each time, she gave up looking for the answer and said "I dunno." Eventually, i asked her if the car required gasoline or diesel (just to mess w/her) and she again, fumbled with papers, and said, "umm...I dunno." She admitted that we probably knew more about the car than she did. What is the point of her then, I ask? To anyone who has ran/works at a dealership, why pay these useless people? Wouldnt it be better to keep your costs lower by hiring secretaries to do paperwork, one or two experienced salespeople and then have most consumers enjoy discounts since its less costly to pay useless people to do NOTHING...and instead pass those savings onto the customers?

Maybe 10% of the people who go into new car showrooms know very much about cars. About 3/4 of that 10% are buyers of performance cars. If you are selling a car like a Porsche you better know a lot about cars because you better believe most Porsche owners do. On the other hand if you are selling a Toyota, Honda or Chevy, you can probably get along just on BS. I believe many Dealers are starting to use women to sell their cars because most people are intimidated by the car buying experience, and women are less intimidating than men.
