Re: what????
If he beat a stock NSX it was probably the detuned 252HP automatic Acura NSX.

Re: what????
A slightly modded WRX, and by slightly modded I mean nothing more than a boost controller, will be in the 13's easy. I know because I owned one and with a boost controller I went 13.9@98MPH. I eventually added an exhaust, downpipe, uppipe, SAFC, pulleys, intake, and all the regular bolt ons and the car went 13.1@102.6, all still with the stock turbo. I later changed the turbo, injectors, computer and all the other crap, and then it was much faster. Just be careful racing WRX's, they can get very fast for relatively little money.

I have a 5AT.. only mod K&N filter (if you can realy call it a mod)
I raced a 6MT... I actually wasn't racing the 6MT but was racing a 240 who tried to challenge both of us.( needless to say it was ugly and we both dusted him) The 6 MT was in front of me. We both took off, he did not pull on me, in fact I pulled on him in 2nd gear as I had to get in the other lane to keep from running up on his bumper (I was able to get my front bumper beside his door. From then on it was pretty even as I shifted to 3rd gear he pulled on me by 1/2 car length (front bumper to his rear bumper) The reason why I knew he had a 6MT was because of the way he sounded as he shifted, and his shift points were slightly quicker... There isn't much difference between the two. The 6MT is harder to launch with which actualy may give the Auto an advantage. You don't lose either way. Both are awesome vehicles
