that looks great man. so whats the deal for ordering it?... you might want to post exactly what it does for the people that didn't catch the earlier message about it.

How about my cheaper and cleaner mod......pull the fuse............then replace when if you need VDC?

As I understand it, doesn't the VDC not FULLY shut off even when the button is selected to do just that? Like a partial VDC cancel?

I dont think it's a question of being lazy but a nice convience to have that damn thing turned off when you start the car. I always turn it off and between turning teh vdec off and agreeing to not kill myself with the NAV it gets a bit annoying. once in a while it would be nice to just get in the car and go without having to push all those damn buttons. not to mention the VDC button is in a sh*tty location. It's easy to miss if your in a hurry to get it off and hit the trunk release. All in all a good idea. I just spent a sh*t load of loot on a borla so I dont hink I will be getting one yet but hopefully they will be avaliable for a while cause I am interested.

This topic has been discussed quite a bit before so do a search on it. I posted this thread so people who were interested could get an idea of what the unit looks like along with some other info. The install shouldnt take more than 10 minutes unless you have trouble getting to the floor to open up the fuse panel.

The question I have is: Do you lose ABS when you turn VDC off? I prefer VDC off, but would like to retain ABS.

If the vehicle is operated with the vehicle dynamics control system turned off, all VDC and TCS functions will be turned off. The brake LSD system and ABS will still operate with the VDC system off.

Geesh - You make me sound like such a fool. Thanks for looking it up, and thanks for the answer. I had hoped that was it.
