Things that have fallen off my coupe.

Quiz time.
Here is picture of the things that have fallen off my coupe during the last 2 years.

1. Fell off right away...like week 3 of ownership.
2 & 3 Also fell off pretty quickly...within 3 months or so.
4. just got accidently ripped off by me the other weekend. My fault, I know, but I've opened/closed the same part on my Ford SUV several times without it coming off. Matter o fact, I've opened/closed the same part on all my previous cars without it ripping off. So I'm still blaming Nissan
5. Must have been left over after doing a specific mod? I think? I'm not sure I remember, actually.

Can you identify them all and locate them in their correct place?

1.) The thing up top that runs the mirror and its wires to the roof.
2.) OMG this thing drives me nuts. Its that piece that covers the passengers seat track.

LOL!
absolutely correct.
I think #3 is also from that same area...maybe the seat rail end cover, or something...maybe the driver seatbelt click/lock/mechanism mounted on the right side of the seat...the bar that its attached to...maybe from there...anyway, from that general (under the) seat region.

#4 the battery cover, of course.
My little G35 was very proud of itself the other day...it jump-started a big American Ford Expedition 4x4 5.8L v8 the other day...(I got a kick outta that)
Both vehicles have the same +pos battery cover, but the Ford's didn't rip off.

#5. is either something from the plastic==>aluminum pedals mod. (2004 Coupe 6mt still came with black plastic pedals)
or maybe from the front air intake flat piece, the thing that feeds into the airbox,
or maybe from somewhere behind the glovebox when I replaced the in-cabin microfilter.

Beside the + battery terminal cover, and the 2 flimsy nuts, the items I see are trim items from around the seats, and their wiring.
It's possible that they may have been dropped or left in the ride after service, if you've been in for something.

The red + battery cover is a nuisance and breaks easily. My dealer replaced one of mine free, pobably warranty.

C.

#1 mirror covers
#2 appears to be driver side left front bolt/seat track cover
#3 appears to be right front seat bolt cover or left front for pass side seat
#4 Positive battery terminal cover
#5 Push screws for trim panels/kick panels.

ok, #5 are push screws. you push them on, but when taking them off, you have the screw them off. check on your driver side kick panel right in front of the fuse cover by the dead pedal. you should see a metal stud sticking out. same for passenger side. is all the way in the far right corner. right under your glove box.

As for #4 it looks broken. take it to the dealer and tell them it broke... tell them they broke it, lol maybe they will warranty it. if not, it cant be more than 10-15 bucks.
