Okay the G has a 20 gallon gas tank.
Just now I went to the gas station with half a tank so I figured that I'd pump 9 gallons into it... and after starting the car.. I found out that the needle at the gas meter's( or whatever you call it) needle pointing way above full...
The gas didn't overflow but I'm worried... does it have anything to do with the cold weather tonight?

 

no man its normal...it does it to mine everytime i fill up...i'm suprised you haven't noticed it be4

Did gas overflow the filler neck?...Its very normal that it pass the F mark, it dose on just about every car.

oh.. I drove a celica before the G .. it has a digital instrument panel, so I probably don't know anything about the needle being above F

 

Most cars I've driven have the needle above the F after you pump it full. All you have to worry about is not spilling any gas. What I don't like about the G is the fuel light comes on when I have about 5 gallons left in the tank.

 

LOL. Not a problem, it's pretty normal. I rarely drive with a full tank due to weight.
