Here is a dyno graph from Sunday. My car is a '04 6MT with only a injen cold air which i switched to a ram air with K & N filter. The weather was cold and wet, around 45 F with rain on and off all day.

My first pull was 224hp, second pull was 242hp, and the third pull was 244hp when he hit the rev limiter, i believe the technosquare ECU is my next mod because it raises the redline and will help tap into our high end HP.

The torque peaked at approx. 238 from the third run, not sure about the first two. I was impressed with the results, shut up my friend with a 2005 Legacy GT who pulled 240hp and 260 torque with only an up-pipe and downpipe. I only beat him in HP but that is bragging rights...lol.
