Thanks!!!
Thanks all! Great info. duhprez I totally agree, I rarely use my horn but when I do it has to serve the purpose. The PIAA's looked like what I was looking for so thanks for the confirm.

94gxe, checked out Griots; big fan of their products, has to be the BEST wax out there. Every product I've used from them has been far superior to anything I've ever used.

I changed my horns a month after I bought the car. I ordered a set from Mercedes for my previous car...ML430. Just get a set of those, it's a nice high pitched arroggant horn, I love them and will never part with them. The video is hilarous!! I almost ordered a freight train horn for $900 a few years ago for the ML, I spent it on better things ;-) LoL

If You Go To My Nismo.com, You Can Hear A Sound Clip, The Compresor Is The Same I Think, But The Horn Is Different So You Get A Higher Tone, Sorry For The Caps Notice It At The End.

My 2002 Maxima came with horns that sounded like road runner. Not as bad as econoboxes, but not that great. I upgraded to the dualtone Hella horns. The version with the 2 frequencies that were further apart...I forget the model #. One of the best mods I ever had. Fortuanately the G's horn sounds pretty good to me, so I sold those horns and didn't slap 'em on the new ride...

I am sorry, but the Nismo Sport Horns sound like a duck, *quack quack.* How do I know? I installed them on my car, honked it twice and took them off. Nismo says these are 'Euro-spec' horns. Well, Euro-spec horns sound like ducks.

And I thought it might just be the sound making it's way through my laptop speaker. After playing the clip of the Z horns at Perf.Niss., I promptly backed the F away from the page.
