I'm 4 and a half hours and my friend did it w/o taking off the bumper. He's a pretty smart mechanic for 19 years old. He added my intake in my ride for 20 bucks. Took him 30 to 60 min. Not sure if you're willing to make the drive though.

I removed the bumper to ensure proper positioning of my intake filter. Taking off the bumper was easy, just make sure you lay it on some thick blankets or something on the side so it doesn't get scratched. I am not sure exactly how to get the filter down there without removing the bumper as its a bit tight in terms of space and also there is some foam and plastic things you gotta remove down there. Although I may not know how to install without bumper removal, I'm sure it can be done by someone who knows.

I am part of the Borla Cat/Back group buy, and expect to get the unit sometime in the next 10 days. Plan to have it installed by OPAK Racing in Rohnert Park. They do lots of mods. Contact Mark Villaluna at 707 584.9300, or by email mark@opakracing.com. Tell him CA_Kid referred you. By the way, was down in San Jose for the Cat/Back shoot out, and the Borla exhaust came out the best of the group in terms of an 8.2 RWHP gain.

well according to all the dynos that people have been putting out lately it seems Borla exhaust is putting 10 or so hp and Stillen putting out a strong 15hp... I'm not sure since I can't afford neither at the moment =(
