Fortunately for me, I have not had any problems and have had only pleasant experiences so far with the dealer. I hope that you can get this worked out so that you can experience why so many of us luv our G's. Good luck bro!
i'll try it again.. i'd hate to have to deal with the legal system.

well, at this point, the numbers (days without use vs days the car as been available to you) are on your side. You could just try to bluff them. You may not need to go through artibration. If you have a rock solid case, they will know this and there's a *small* chance the dealer and ICA would take care of it. I would start the ICA first tho.

I called ICA and the only help they offered me was by calling the dealer to help them find the problem. ICA is just as bad as the dealer is you ask me.

The lemon law in the US seems to be a powerful tool. If you have no faith your dealer/Infiniti can fix your car you may have no choice but to invoke it.
Best of luck in either case.

Can we as forum do any thing to help rick505 out?
Can we do a thread sign or something to help him out to let infiniti know that this is BS and they need to do somthing about it.

Thanks. Every lawyer I speak to tells me that I have the makings of a good lemon law case.. it's just not quite there yet. The car must be repaired once more and fail again before it can be considered a lemon.

It's not that i'm worried about. It's the fact that I bought a brand new car and i've gotta go through all of this before I can get a replacement vehicle since they repaired the car so many times within such a short period of time... not to mention if I take up the lemon law it'll take AT LEAST a year before anything can happen.

I just spoke to Infiniti Consumer Affairs and was told the vehicle "may be" fixed this time because more techs were involved

No one is helpful AT ALL.. as far as I can see it, Infiniti has the worse customer service i've ever encountered. What a wonderful impression on their part.

I have no choice but to file for a lemon and wait for MONTHS before I can get a vehicle buyback. I'll NEVER buy another Infiniti again
