Clutch Adjustment Turns

I have been reading allot about clutch adjustment and some say that it will not create wear as long as you do not over turn the rod ie: we do not exceed free-play limitations put place by nissan. My question is how many turns are safe.

Thanks,

I couldn't tell how many turns; however, as long as you keep the engagement point at least 1 inch from the floor, you will be OK. I had mine set like that for 3 years, no problem to report. In fact, I started enjoying driving the G35 6MT only after this DYI mod. I couldn't stand having the engagement point 4 to 5 inches from the floor.
