Not possible, at least not for any reasonable cost.
The nav unit wiring and sensors are so integrated into the car, it would be almost impossible to have it installed for any reasonable amount of money if it could be done at all.
I know Pioneer makes some good in dash units if you are willing to swap out your head unit.
My 1st coupe had nav, but my 2nd does not. I looked into this same issue. I just went out and bought a Garmin Quest II. Works just as well as the factory nav.

I would go with Pioneer AVIC-D1 if I were in your situation. The only thing I don't like about that unit is that it can't play DVD movies, but you can just add a DVD changer or something for that. It's a double din touch screen unit with built-in NAV, and also plays MP3s. It looks factory since it's not a pop up screen like single din units.You'd have to do double din conversion for that, but it will come out to be cheaper as you can get everything done for well under $2k. The unit itself is about $1k, which isn't bad at all.
