Just wondering if anybody knows howmany 6mt coupes were built compared to the 5AT coupes.

 

I would venture a guess of 4 At's to every 1 MT? That's just a guess based on the number of AT's, which I see parked versus MT's. When I get my car serviced, I normally walk through the dealer's lot just for fun and I rarely, if at all, see a MT as compared to all of the AT's I see.

 

yeah, i think MTs will be worth more down the road...

 

About 10% are manual. 80% of the coupes I see here in the Chicago area have the 17" wheels. Besides my coupe, I've only seen the OEM 19s twice.

Absolutely, I know of 2 AT Coupes with the OEM 19"'s.

 

yea i have the 19's also and i have an 04 AT

but yea when we went out to get the car there was only one MT in stock and it was an 04 silver compared to several ATs

So you haven't heard that Infiniti offers a sequential manual gear box on the coupes?

 

My dealer told me they sell 5ATs 10:1 over the 6MTs, but that was for overall "G35" not specifying sedan or coupe.

So I would say maybe for coupes, 75-80% of them are 5ATs, 6MTs 20-25% if I had to guess.

 

Auto coupes with 18s or 19s.

 

I spoke with my dealer, who is a very close friend as well, he said they order about 5% MT's for the Coupes and 2% for the Sedans.

Only about 6% have the performanve package.

 

when i was shopping around, I got much better prices on 5AT than 6MT. At this partricuoar dealership, they only had ONE 6MT in lot.

 

if only autos trannies never existed for the coupe... sigh....

man the coupe would be so rare
