A friend of mine was able to get a loaner in highschool, and another friend was also able to before he was 21, so I don't think it matters.

Well that's the prob of driving a nice car while still in highschool. 1) You'll always have haters and 2) You'll always have enemies , especially in high school.

Make him (or his family) pay for the fix. Then post pictures of him and his offences all over the school. And commemorate it in your school annual for everyone to see and remember forever.

not that it matters since you caught the ****, but do you know why he did it? was it just plain jealousy or have you had past problems with the guy? or perhaps both?
