ROFLS justice is served, trackmagic, make sure he pays or take his *** to court, even if the damages are 3000$ i think you should make them pay more or put his *** in jail because he didnt vandalize your car once... BUT TWICE!

Still an A$$ whoopin would be good. Setup an appointment after school so you two can duke it out. That would be exciting for all your friends and classmates
I agree. Does not sound like we have the whole story.

yea somebody keyed my car and covered it with vaseline all over when i was out of town. my dad found it in the morning on his way to work and said it looked like they used an entire bucket. it was everywhere. it cost me 200 bucks to rub out the residue and some scratches, but still a few big gashes that will not go away. my neighbor two streets down had same thing done to her H2 and had to buy whole new hood for $800. damn kids

ok heres the plan ready:

1.bust the other head light so he can pay for the new 06 projectors
2. scratch all four rims and pour gasoline all over it while they're hot so he can pay for new rims. if anyone asks say the rims were dirty at the time and as you were cleaning them you found out what he did. grab a few friends to agree.
3. bust the exhaust, scratch up the tips and put a few holes in the pipes so he can pay for a new HKS or Stillen. Say you turned the car on for the first time in weeks to bring it to the body shop cuz you thought the key marks were too embarrassing to drive. have a few friends say he was kneeling down towards the back of the car with a screw driver.

thats pretty much it.
new paint
new projectors
new rims
new exhaust

there you have it. take advantage of the situation. then beat his *** or shoot him between the eyes, which ever you prefer

Let the kid pay up for his transgressions. Forgive him and let go.

[QUOTE=trackmagic] Making threats about taking ones life is not right. If you served our country rightly you'd accept the fact the kid's in custody. Vigilanty justice is not acceptible under our uniform code of military justice.

If someone did steal your clear corners, I'll send you the $40. Being in the Navy, they don't pay you enough for the work you do.

Diminshed value after painting. 2 cars sitting next to each other on the sales floor, one repainted , one original paint, which one would you buy? How much money would it take you to buy the other vehicle?

Whole side painted, hmmm, wonder if it was totaled and put back together anyway or just something minor such as an a$$ who may have keyed it....

The honest salesman Pinochio said it was "just a minor scratch", i start running as his nose grows....even if it doesn't I still run

DIMINISHED VALUE!!!

I saw someone at school had their G keyed from front headlight to rear tail light, the damage was pretty deep. Makes me glad I have my beater Volvo here and not my G.
