I did mostly city driving for 3 months and got around or slightly under 440 KM a tank (that's 275m) then I drove down to Seattle last weekend and did 500km on 2/3 tank of gas...equals about 315 miles on 2/3 tank...
The differnce between city and Highway driving is pretty substantial.

My car has 32k miles and I'm getting about 18mpg. I get around 270-290 until the little red light goes on and then some. I use to get around 20-21 mpg, but it's been going down hill as the car gets older.

200 mile per tank is crazy. My suggestion to you is shift. Seriously though just getting 200 miles per tank is crazy. I got to try it some day to see if I can do that.

I have the navi and it tell u your gas mileage and history. The best I ever got was 25.1 and the worst I ever had was 8.6 (having lots of fun).

is the navigation accurate?~

my car has about 5000 miles so far.. and the navi shows i'm doing 14miles/gallon usually.. and that's average/fast driving.. pretty much only city driving.. and it is a '05 AT..
even when i really try to drive nice and slow.. easy on the pedal.. shift around 2k.. i still get around 17m/g !

i am able to get around 310miles per tank.. @@.. wut's going on..

is this gonna improve~?

I drive all local, live 5 mins from work in my '03 5at coupe. I used to get about 19-20mpg. I usually went 320-340 miles between fillups. About 16-17 gallons. But after I put on my Nismo, I'm getting 16-17mpg. About 280-300 between fillups. Dang that exhaust. If only it didn't sound so good.

I've been averaging about 22 mpg on the tank, and I usually get 28-30 on the freeway, at least according to the info screen...

Also.. if you're ever parking in a parking garage near Fenway Park(Landsown street area), don't park in the garage that is attached to Fenway(Under/behind the Green Monster... directly across from that high school). I payed 12 bucks to park there one night, and then one of the ********* who worked there broke my side view mirror off of my car on purpose.

Yea January 2010

10K miles -- I average 280 miles on a tank. I do travel to Pomona from Irivne (65 miles RT) twice a week and fill about once every week. I'm generally very heavy on the pedal, but still have never been below 220 miles on a tank, ever, including a day at the track. Make sure you're using premium..
I got over 400 miles one time going from somewhere in central ca to irvine, quickly.

i have navigation with the gas mileage screen.... mine is never over 18 mpg id say i average 16 on that thing and i get well over 200 a tank tho, the conventional old school math way isnt always that accurate.... city driving i really dont believe the coupe will get over 20 with a 6 speed or AT...

driving on the highway if i reset my gas mileage i will get 22-23, but it always averages much lower after a road trip and some city driving
