But most tickets are civil infractions, not criminal. So quilty is only a perponderance (sp?) of the evidence.

NO
civil traffic fines only require >50% to find for either party. Only criminal cases are based on "Reasonable doubt."
Very few states make things suchs as speeding tickets criminal offenses.
im tired of arguing... look ... you can successfully fight tickets in any state you are in... end of story...
arguing over the internet is dumb... its kind of like winning the special olympics... but even if you win... in the end you are still retarded

well for the debadged G's, have cops made errors on your tickets due to debadging? if a cop makes an error on a ticket, it makes it easier to fight.. so i am considering debadging just for that reason..
thanks for the feedback

Standing around the water cooler at work . . . You reasoning may have some weight. However, in the real world, you could possibly badge and debadge your car any which way you choose to and not have a cup to pee in . . . When it comes to avoiding a ticket for which you are guilty of.
It's not the car, which is receiving the ticket . . . It's the driver. Please keep us all updated on your experiment.
