350Z Nismo parts on the G35?
Hey everyone, I'm new here so bare with me if I'm asking something utterly stupid.
I've recently seen several websites stating that Nissan is finally bringing over Nismo to the US market. I've even seen a dealer website based in TX that is selling the parts. My question comes in 2 parts.
1) What 350Z Nismo parts will fit on the G35? All of them, or only certain items?
2)Has anyone heard anything about Nissan/Infiniti bringing over Nismo Skyline parts for the G35? I'm especially interested in the Nismo Skyline ground effects/aero kit.

Well, NISMO, NISMO.... seeing the performance parts for the 350Z, and finding out that warranty was not covering performance parts, was very disapointing. Then why pay such a high price if you can get better gains from other companies' product? But we still have to wait and see... the G stuff is suppose to be called "R spec" or something. might be wrong.

I read something a little different.
I read that there will be two types of products up for sale (*note: all information is for Nissan cars, no Inifiniti models are getting Nismo parts... yet). The first is Street Tuning parts [s-tune], which do carry a warranty on them. Althought I'm sure of the limitations to it, the s-tune parts do come with one none the less. The second is Race Tuning parts [r-tune] which will have greater performance gains, but at the cost of no manufacture warranty attached to them.
But, if I misunderstood, or the information got (found it on the web) is wrong, feel free to offer corrections.

That was my understanding too. I am not too thrill about the S tune peformance. I don't think it worth the upgrade consider how much you will be paying for the part. Although Stillen supercharger does have warranty. I believe it is thru stillen not infiniti.

ok S-tune parts = warrenty R-Tune =no warrenty
Any internal engine part for the 350Z will work on the G35
350Z intake will work but not that well
350Z ehuast will not work with out modification in the lenths of the pipes
350Z ECU will not work
350Z Cams will work
I dont know about the fly wheel and stuff and i dont know about the LSD but i dont think it will work
