I ordered a black painted OEM spoiler from these guys on 12NOV05 and still cannot get in contact with them. The money has been deducted from my checking account so I know it proccessed. I have emailed them for a status 5 times now and cannot get a responce. Phone support isn't much better. If your thinking about them, please think again.

 

could have initiated a chargeback if you have used a Credit Card!

 

I have ordered many spoiilers from them, and never had a problem.

 

i have a 05 and i got a oem spoiler from them painted with no problems. sorry to here your having such a hard time.

I ordered one from them and had no problems except their email system sent 241 copies of the same email to my account.

 

I also had some troubles with them, u just need to keep calling during the day aroudn 3ish. And it got settled finally.

 

I to have waited a very long time on a spoiler purchase from Spoiler Depot. I called today and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Adner, who proceded to tell me they are having quality problems and suggested that I cancel my order, of which I did...

Not a way to run a business

 

Their spoilers are also not OEM, but "factory style" instead which means that Infiniti does not produce them.
