Lowerd Coupe Ride + Pot hole?

I've always slammed all my car and i usually lower them atlease 2 inches or more, since eveyone i see here lowered their car for about 1 an inch, does the ride qualilty especially driving bumpy and going through Pot Holes are Ok? I have always used a Full Coilover all my life and even they're expensive it is still not good enough when going through rough roads especially Pot Hole. On a bad Hole i can even hear Metal to Metal Bang on my coilover, have anyone experience this with G slammed for about an Inch?

Before anyone tell me to avoid them, i leave in NYC and trust me sometimes you can't avoid them coz they're all over the place!!!!!!!!!

I did, and all i can see is that the ride seems to be good, especially z htech and D-specs which i'm considering. but non made comment regarding their experience regarding perfomance when hitting a bad bump or a nasty Hole. My stock setup seems to be able to handle those kind or road a lot better. i'm wondering if Ztech and Dspecs will handle that or else my wife will be bitching again about the ride if i mod it.

The SARGON GENERALZ doesn't suggest you slamm your G

i live in long island and drive my lowered car to the city all the time. you really have to be careful but i would just take another car to a few spots that you know the potholes are bad. i have a full kit and am 5 inches of ground clearance w/ a 2 inch drop and 20 inch wheels. yes i'm crazy for driving out to NYC but you really hav eto worry about parts where construction is getting done and on the LIE has some huge bumps that will hurt you. good luck you should be fine just lowering the G
