Re: Satellite Radio(Any good?)
I can forward the installation manual, pictures of the hardware, part #'s to someone that manages this site and maybe they can post it...
The receiver is made by Clarion for Nissan and it's the OEM receiver...
The installation in a breif summary consists of mounting the receiver in the trunk, next to the factory amp, and running a BUS cable to the back of the radio. I currently have my antenna mounted on the rear deck for now...

Re: Satellite Radio(Any good?)
If you have this why is Infiniti not offering this as the solution to the SAT button XM radio issue. Infiniti at the moment states that they are working on a solution after back peddling from telling customers that the G35 would be satellite ready. If the one you are using works why then did Infiniti not release it or advertise it to dealers? Why would they now be working on a new solution. No offense these all seem like valid questions. Are you saying that I can purchase these parts from Nissan and get the XM radio working now in my G35 coupe.
I await your response and thank you for your assistance.

Re: Satellite Radio(Any good?)
The SIRIUS receiver works, can't say that about XM...
The main reason why they stopped the port/dealer installs was do to the lack of quality in the installs... They are currently having all the cars pre-wired from the factory, so that they only have to plug in the receiver and not have to take the cars apart.
All the radio with the SAT button are ready and will work once the receiver is hooked up.
You can purchase the receiver and bus cable from Nissan today and have Sirius SAT radio.
These are the facts, it's in my car now, everything else that you may have read from 'know it all' dealers is not valid.
