Re: Nismo shift ****
How hard/time consuming is it to put the Nismo **** on? I mean, is it easy to go back and forth between the Nismo and the stock one? I think it would be cool to have the Nismo one during the months when the weather's not bad, but in the summer, I wouldn't wanna have to deal with burning my hand every time I drove.

Re: Nismo shift ****
I usually use a sun shade on the windshield and all my other windows are tinted, so I haven't had any problems with a hot shift **** even here in California.
I bought that same one on ebay, so I should have it installed in a few days.

Re: Nismo shift ****
I had it on for this past weekend when the weather was above 90 degrees. The titanium really doesnt get hot. It was warm but no where near as hot as the silver part of the stock shift ****. Aluminum shift *****, like the Razo ones get a lot hotter. Titanium is very dense and heavy. It takes a lot more heat to make it hot.
It was a pretty easy install. Took about 5 minutes. I just placed a towel over the stock one and twisted it off with a channel lock plier. The Nismo just screwed right on.

This is another "TBUSGURU" creation, I made it out of aluminum, it does get hot, but one of the qualities of aluminum is it's ability to change temperatures very quickly.
