Theft!

Hi fellow G35 owners, my G was broken into a few days ago. The perp broke the driver side window and took my bag with my checkbook in it.

I got a call from the bank this morning verifying a check which they thought was suspicious. Turns out the perp wanted to cash my checks but the bank didn't buy his forged signature! I told the bank to call the police right away and I got a call from the Pasaden PD later that they have him in custody!

I was really pissed when I saw my window was shattered into a thousand piece, and I really didnt' think I'd catch the guy who did it. I am just really happy this guy is caught and I will pursue whatever it takes to prosecute him.

I will let you guys know more later tomorrow.

Sorry about the car. However that's amazing he was caught. Pretty dumb sounding criminal writing cheques and getting caught doing it.
Good luck getting some money out of him for damages etc.

Sorry to hear about your nightmare!!!

Lets remind everyone to be extra careful during the Christmas holidays, theft is usually always up during this time of year . Be extra cautious around shopping malls, movie theaters, resturants, etc..

Keep your radars, CD book, backpacks locked up in the trunk (out of sight, out of mind).
