Due to manufacturer demand we can only go with one type of gear, otherwise we would try & do a 3.91 & a 4.10. We are still pondering the option between the two...
hell, i was disappointed with 4.10s....if i ever do gearing again, it's atleast 4.56s for me.

The higher the ratio, quicker accel with less top speed. And vice versa. The biggest downfall with putting higher ratio rear in is the mpg loss. But to some that doesn't matter. I was thinking of doing this mod myself but I do a lot of "city" driving so I'd probably get 16mpg or worse after this mod. If I decide to keep my cat and get a tune instead of getting a g37, I might still do it. My mpg is down right now cuz I need a tune

If you do mostly city driving the 3.7 or 3.9 would actually be a small advantage because of the ability to move the car easier. The place you will notice your mpg suffer most is freeway driving at higher speeds. At normal cruising speeds there probably would be minimal drop in fuel consumption.
