I have like 17K miles on my 04 G35 Coupe.... no rattles yet.
My Tacoma has a ton of rattles in comparison to my car, and the car has a stiffer suspension too.. so it is more likely that the interior would be exposed to harsh road-incurred vibrations than in the soft and fluffly truck suspension.

350Z rattles a lot more than G35C, but can't beat Z4 noise.
Not the price or the brand, may be need to look for a different type. I must admit that I was a little disappointed, coming out of Z, paying extra $12k didn't get me rattle free car. Toyota/Lexus is extremely quiet. Even Camry is quieter than G35 sedan. But, Toyota/Lexus will never create a car excites me more than G35. I love it!

My G only rattles when landing after being airborne above 100 MPH, but it says in the manual that rattles under those conditions are to be expected. You think you have rattles? This guy has rattles.
Also the little gnome I have hanging from the rearview swings way too much when I'm drifffffting around the corners. At least he keeps smiling.
Seriously, if you don't like the car you're entitled to your opinion. There are a few quirks that I would change if I could, but overall I'm very pleased with the car. I did a lot of reading (2 years) before I bought and haven't experienced anything that I didn't already know was a possibility.

ok i think some ppl here are missing the point. its not that we're bad drivers or dont know how to drive stick or avoid potholes (try driving in michigan year round). Its just that some cars are put together better than others which shows a lack of consitentsy with buidling a quality product. I had squeaks/rattles since the first month and it didnt make me wanna sell my ride. I had Z28 and mustang gt before and didnt have this many rattles, no bs, and not hating on my car. I still love it, just wish i didnt get the crap one that sounds like UAW worker assembled.
