Need help from ppl who fixed Cracked headlight

Ok, I know this happens to people.
The carck in our headlight. specially 03,04 coupe.
I saw the same S shaped crack on my coupe,(not outside, but inside there the divide the low beam and high beam. the silver bumpy plate) and took it to the dealership twice.
First time, they said they needed approval of head manager. So, I was turned down.(I needed to get oil change but wanted to do it same time)
So, on second time with oil change 1500miles over due coupe, I finally met the manager and he is frick.
He said I got on Front end accident and that did it.
WTF, I never got in accident, and only time I did something to my front is when some stupid person pour acid on my paint and I had to repaint the hood and front bumper and one door.
He is accused me of something I didn't do. I am so Fuc&ing pissed.
I told the manager that G35driver Forum has people who had same problem and he said "your buddy? well they are not dealership. I can't believe that, where they get it fixed? we are the most selling infiniti dealership and in three years we didn't see that happening to our coupe, we have 3 coupe and shop and none of them are like that"
Again, WTF, then he expect the same problem on all his coupe? then infiniti won't even release the coupes in first place.
then, he was demanding to know which infiniti dealership had dealt with this problem. How the heck I know? All I know is this happened before and dealership fixed it for others and this stupid Washington state dealership(won't say which one, even though there is only two in Washington and they are own by same person) trying to blaming on me.
I mean, I even had my laptop and showed couple of threads from G35driver frorum.
Then, guess what he said? "only two persons? you sure it's same crack they are talking about? where they fixed it?" Again, stupid Q, of course there are more, I only showed two idiot. and of course they are same crack.
So, I am telling this story because this is morally wrong.
He accused of me having an accident where I didn't and try to blaming on me.
He said he will do it only 1 time for good grace(WTF), but I am still pissed because he is frick. I just dropped my car off now, and came home.
When I go back, I am going to ask for his apology on saying sh*t that I didn't do.
Anyone has the dealership phone number and name of dealership they fixed this inside crack headlight?(it's the S shapped, not outside, but inside there the divide the low beam and high beam. the silver bumpy plate)

Whoa, I got a headache reading that post. I've read threads where people have gotten their headlights replaced because of cracks, so you know it can be done. All I can say is try a different dealership instead of dealing with the 'frick'.

our the dealership replaced the headlights in both our coupes with no problems....but don't waste your time. They will just crack again in a couple of months if you use the fogs.

They refused to replace them and charged me 300+tax.
The reason?
it was because I had an aftermarket bulb in Fog light.
The fog light bulb doesn't even work except when I use as high beam.
And the crack was there before I changed the bulb.
The called after they part the front bumper from the car and threaten to pay 300 or pick it up with tow. WTF.
I had to pay 300+tax and just keep the old headlights.
Then, the manager threaten me about he is going to visually look around car to see if the wire is been tempered or what not for future reference.
Are they allowed to do that? without my permission?
They can't warranty it because I tempered with headlight.
I didn't know that changing the bulb to aftermarket is tempering.
He is saying that putting aftermarket bulb is avoiding warranty.
I want to aprove that even if with stock bulb, this happens.
I am going to try to get my money back or something after that but I probably can't.
I want to send the letter to infiniti headquarter so they can put it in TSB or recall.
How the hel| I get charged 300+tax for labor instead of getting a new pair of headlight.
This is insane and I need help from the Forum.
I need information, pictures, and dealership infomation(where they fixed)
HELP!!!

Sorry to hijack the thread, but is there an explanation as to why using the fogs crack the headlight casing? I read this as well in another post, but I'm not sure why this happens.

an explanation? yeah, it looks like it is a heat fracture. One of ours also had a scorched look to it.

I had an aftermarket bulb in Fog light.
taking it in with an aftermarket bulb in it was not smart. What did you expect them to say? Like i said, even if they change them out, they will just crack again.

I wouldn't worry about....do you know how close you have to look at the headlight to even see the crack? I never even noticed it until i read about it on here.

Honestly, you have to look at it from his point of view. This oviously isn't a very common problem (as you said, you could only find 2 people on this forum, and who knows how many not on the forum), and so he's prob really never seen it before. I'm not sure how you are supposed to prove you didn't get into an accident, as I'm sure he'd point to the respray as evidence you did.

Grubbs replaced mine, no questions asked. Be happy to provide your dealer with my paperwork. He could at least *ask* ICA about the repair. its a very well known problem and he very much owes you an apology. I, personally, would demand an apology from him.

a 2 minute call on the tech line and he would have educated himself without calling a customer a liar. He's not doing his job.

Thats the bottomline. You have a pretty good case to go ballistic on him. If it were me, I'd give him one more opportunity to make it right. Plus, you DO NOT want his erroneous notes on your vehichle history. I'm sure he declined the repair 'due to accident or abuse' on the work order. That would really **** me off.

It probably behooves you to be tactiful.. but I would certainly not let it go.

that said, yeah.. they will crack again with fogs usage.
