Why is the ground clearence on the g35 coupe so high? Infiniti claims 6.3 inches...it looks low to me. The M has below 5 inches and the g35 sedan is way below 6..seems weird.

It bothers you to have too much ground clearance? I have stock suspension and no front lip on my bumper, and I STILL scrape parking bumpers badly if I pull up too far.

My guess is there is a difference between those "claimed" amounts and reality. The coupe springs are 1/2 lower than the sedan so highly unlikely that would be true.

You list the M as the ideal? Hell, I was always scraping the bottom of my M every time I went up a slight incline. Cars with small ground clearance are great for the track, but are horrible for the street.

Are you sure that you don't have short shins?

There is definately a difference between 04 and 05 in terms of height as well.

My friend's 05 with 19s was sitting in my garage next to my 04 MT and my car was definately a good bit lower than his.

Regardless of what Infiniti claims on their horribly outdated website, the 04 is lower than the 05.

I agree. I have enough trouble scraping as it is and I don't have the Aero Kit
