brakes/pads

i know the breaks are covered under our warranty for 36000 miles i currently have 27,000 miles on my car and the breaks are squeaking,if its the break pads,are those covered as well,or just the breaks?

if you have 03-04 non-brembos, then yes

both the 5AT and 6MT consist of the following parts:

brake pads
brake rotors
brake calipers
brake lines

All of these are considered "brake" parts. When you say brakes in general we don't know exactly what you're referring to.

If you have a 5AT the pads/calipers/rotors are covered for the 3/36 warranty. If you have brembos nothing is covered under an extension of any kind. Brembos were not causing problems on the 2003/2004 model year coupes so they only extended the warranty on the Infiniti designed/manufactured "brakes".
