in regards to the gap, i still have major gap on mine. it's only because i didn't bother to align it properly when i installed the headlights. either way, i'm going to adjust them sometime tomorrow since i have the time. so yeah, i think it's only a matter of adjusting them so that they fit perfectly to the mold. i don't believe there are any differences in the 06s from the 03-05s, but i could be wrong as well

I meant moisture. The first day I drove in the rain, they just fogged up so bad that I had to turn on the lights in order for them to dry out. Made the car look cheap and broken. I got them from this guy in PASADENA thru a friend but I have returned those since my friend bought me a NEW set from INFINITISPECIALISTS while I had my stockers back in for the meantime. I drove in the rain with the ones from Chad and they don't fog at all even with the lights off. That's how they SHOULD be. But I am not experiencing any hazing.

Are you running higher wattage bulbs? If so, that may cause hazing due to the heat generated by them. For example if you run highout H1's for the fogs, they will get REALLY REALLY HOT! I had that happen with a pair of Honda Accord headlights.

Nopes... I have all stock bulbs... Sylvania H1s and auxillary bulbs. The HID D2S bulb is Philips Germany OEM.
