The clicking doesn't effect driveability does it??
I do have the clicking but I just didn't care about it as the clutch holds up fine.

It's going to have a severe affect on the operation of the clutch after I tear out that piece of crap

I just drove home my new (to me) 05 Sedan w/ 18k miles.

At the top of the clutch travel I hear a clicking noise (e.g. when my foot is almost all the way off the pedal). I test drove a brand new 06 before buying the used 05 and I did not notice the noise with the new car. I also think the clutch pedal requires more effort on my 05 (though I did not drive the two cars back to back -- I drove them several days apart)

I had the same problem, i took it to Infiniti of Orlando and i suggested to the tech there that it was the Clutch Pedal Assembly. I might as well replace the whole thing if i couldnt pinpoint what it was exactly, hehe. It is 100 times better now, and it only took them ~2 hours, but i did get a loaner for a day.

Hope this helps, Mike
