2006 spoiler question

Ok i just bought an 06 coupe and i really cannot stand the look of the new spoiler and i really like the old style, now i was wondering if they both bolt on the same way. because i am ready to order the 05 and earilier spoilier but i want to make sure that it will bolt right up without leaving extra holes or me having to drill some new ones

thanks in advance
justin

i think it is , it is only as wine as the trunk lid and it makes the rear of the car look really tall not sporty where the previous wing made the coupe look more sporty

How do you expect to mount the spoiler without drilling holes? The OEM spoiler I bought from Sewell required me to drill several holes in the trunk lid. About 6 in the outer shell and a couple in the inner panel.

Oh, cool. I have no idea if the mounting holes match. I'd be surprised if they did.

I asked the same question at my local dealer. They said they both use the same mounting points...straight swap.

Stangely enough, I actually like the look of that spoiler on your black G.

I didn't love it on the red car that was in all of the 2006 photoshoots.

To each his/her own. I prefer the '06 OEM spoiler.
