A few pics from the bodyshop. Bottomless G.

My insurance actually agreed to replace the rear bumper with a Kenstyle one and not OEM bumper. The bumper is actually coming in tomorrow and I won't have my car back for another week. Yippie!! I get to drive this engineering marvel called Chevy Cobalt for another week. The left exhaust is now lower than the right one. Since there's no visible damage(dent, scratches, etc.) to the exhaust the insurance won't be covering that. My damaged rear bumper is available if anyone is interested So, make an offer.

Yeah the adjuster from Farmers came and said that he'll be able to replace it with a Kenstyle bumper. If I go through my insurance for the repair then they will have to use OEM bumper. But if I use the other party's insurance, which I am, since I'm not at fault, then I can get them to replace whatever bumper I have prior to the accident.

Why did they give you a Cobalt? They are supposed to give you a 'comparable' car. I'd go complain (nicely), although they are hooking you up w/ the bumper.
