Ok... So the 3rd month of my 06 G35 coupe ownership just got here and I just received a letter saying I have to go in for service. It is either 3 months or 3,175 or something like it. I only have 2100 miles on the car but the dealerstill told me to go in. Dont you guys think its a little early for that or does it sound right????

 

They're going by estimated mileage. Wait until you hit the mileage... ...unless it's a month-or-mileage situation.

I asked them if it mattered that I had not hit the mileage yet and they said its either 3 months or the mileage so they told me to go anyways.

 

I think oil its self has a life span... mileage or not... oil does need to be replaced even if your car just sits there...can someone correct me on this?

 

don't go till 15,000 unless its free. I'm going to wait till 30,000 to even step in there.
