An IC can be fixed by ANYONE that can fix a leak in an A/C condenser, meaning ANY reputable A/C shop. Get the $ from the dealer or whoever's paying, fix the damage and pocket the excess change for some new mods. Or, if you're too **** and cant see a lil bend in the IC, replace it, fix the old one and sell it.
