I'd guess a hanger or a clamp came loose and the exhaust is rubbing somewhere. I doubt it's the pulley if it's only under load.

maybe so but it seems kinda odd that it would start happening RIGHT after I left infiniti after pulley install. The idiots forgot to tighten the bolt under my stillen intake and I wouldnt be surprised if they forgot to tighten something else that was removed during the pulley install?

Yeah sounds likely. Now just get them to ride under the hood so they can see what's rattling when you drive.

I didnt hear it almost all day today, wierd. I have my engine cover off and the little gold piece that says M5 on it was a little loose, I will put the nut on it later and see if I hear the sound anymore

Bad, bad, bad, bad vibrations........old song!

Get your car in the air and checkout your exhaust
system. Check for clearance and tightness and if
you don't find your vib swap back your stock pulley.
Other than those two things maybe you should take
the service writer for a ride..........
