I have searched the forum quite a bit, and cannot find anything for this. I have also checked the TSB's, and found nothing. So here is the issue, my car is a 05 6MT, had it about a year, and it has 4500 miles on it. (no, I don't drive it much). Anyhow, the tranny buzzes between 1-3 gears at about 2500 RPM. Once in 4-6, I cant hear it any longer. Any ideas? Thanks!

 

you know I get that buzzing too but not in your situation, when I'm backing up out of my parking lot and theres snow builded up on the entrance thanks to the plows and I shovel 5 times during that blizzard.

it makes that buzzing noise when I get stuck, never happens any other time, not sure if it's related but I think I don't get it once I turn VDC off which is something you should do to get out if your stuck right?

 

check the driveshaft i had the buzzing aroud 3000 rpm in 5th and 6th turned out to be driveshaft
