lil help please

Ever since i got my car back from the collision center, everything had been running great except for two things....

1. theres a weird flushing sound kinda sounds like a waterfall or dribbeling water right before i turn to start the engine and sometimes when i come to a complete stop and start again its coming from the front area near the all the gauges.

2. and then theres odd rattles coming from various places...

do you guys think i should take it back to the collision place or the dealership? i would much rather take it to the dealership becuase of the Loaner car they give out, i wont get a rental for free at the collision center, but im worried that the dealership might deny the service since it has been in an accident and tell me to go to the collsion place. Does anyone know if i can require the dealership to work on my car even after an accident???

apperciate any info thanks alot.

I would take it to a dealer and don't tell them what you don't want them to know unless they ask. But if they ask, I wouldn't lie. Good luck.
