whoa thaz nuts, will that GReddy's twin 18G Mitsubishi turbocharger system fit in with the g35 engine???
cuz from cars and drivers mag it stated that "under the hood, 350z and g35 are exactly identical, just like twins"

well according to motor trend, it'll be released for the g35 real soon.. man, that'll be awesome, but some reason, i feel like our cars won't put as much out, just like the initial dynos of the ATI for the G..

Yeah especially if the problem was with the G's obstruction of the intercooler...that would pretty much affect any high-gain FI setup on it.

Re: 350Z by GREDDY, 350 Horespower.

the ati dyno i have seen for the coupers was rated at 6 lbs of boost unlike the Z's which is boosted to 7lbs. also it was in humid hot weather. it resulted in 303rwhp i expected more tho. ahh.. greddy or top secret or hks or whoever im sure will figure out a way to ger good numbers out of our cars. right?

im wondering if it would be worth it to put stonger internals in or maybe bore it out and add sleaves so we can run more boost. 5.6psi is not that much. I would rather run some where are 10. And then for the drag strip crank it up to 20. there is a lotta boost from twin 18g

What's the cost on this?

Is there a boost control for our cars (as stock) that would help the oomph factor a little? That would atleast be safe...

Sweet!!! Boy, it's getting harder to decide between SC or Turbo? Hopefully, by this fall I will able to make up my mind as to who and what to go with for the Skyline.

hey Mani the intercooler problem can easily be solved, just put 2 smaller intercoolers (one on each side) just like a 911 turbo

You really want to avoid using 2 intercoolers if possible for efficiency reasons, but I think that won't be a problem as ATI has an intercooler on the prototype car. So there is definetly room in there for one. Sizing is really the only other factor that needs to be found. Twin turbos creat a good amount of heat.

It might, but for efficiency and cost reasons, 2 intercoolers may not be worth it.
