Performance Plenum??
Re: Performance Plenum??
There's a couple of threads here and @ freshalloy and also my350z with many pictures. I installed one about 3 weeks ago. IMHO, at this time, it is the best bang for the buck out there. The flat spot from 4K on up is now gone, and the car now pulls cleanly right up to redline. Horsepower has been measured as being up by 9 at peak and 20 at redline. I can see no downside to this mod.

Check out Crawford's website bro. I've heard this is one of the best mods for the buck you can make.

Re: Performance Plenum??
I think I want one. I dont really get the pricing. the $200 refundable part that is. Does that mean that you can send them your old plenum for a credit?? I would assume that they could just machine it and re-sell it or something. I dont know. Are there any dyno sheets on this mod?
One last thing, What are the gains with an intake involved?

Re: Performance Plenum??
The cost for the plenum is (I believe ) $500. The $200 is then charged to you if you don't send in your old plenum. What I guess they do is then machine the one you send in for the next customer.
Re: Performance Plenum??
I believe that the $500 is the new price increase. If you mention that you are a member of this forum, or Fresh Alloy, I believe they will still honour the original $400 price.
