I've been contemplating the same question and I've have my G since last june. This should be the only question in your mind...Do I wanna bake my a** off in the summer heat? My gf already complained with the heat and the black leather. I'm tinting my ryde probably in May and slapping on some of Bat's smoked overlays.

not even a question....TINT!! i have an 05 black coupe.....made my car look SOOO much better.....oh, 32% all the way around.....not too dark...just right

 

Tint. I've got 20% all around.

 

Ive got 15% all around. TINT THAT SHIAT!

 

Ive got 15% on the rear three windows and 50% on the two front windows. It looks so much better with tint.

At first, I was skeptical of tinting my G. I didnt want anybody or anything touching my G. But when I watched them do the first window my heart was set, I wanted it bad!

I tinted my black 06 6MT, with 5% for rear and two small rear windows, and 25% for front two side door windows. It just doesn't look sharp enough without the tint. Go for it.

Cool. I wnated to get the same %age. I think thats the legal limit in NY. Don't need headache tickets!

 

15% here all around also, it looks beautiful.

on a side note, having a bad installer can give you headaches, such as little bubbles and stuff.

 

Def go with tint. Looks good on any color, but even moreso on black

I got a black G too and I've always tinted my cars and as my first black car I think tint is the way to go...

I bought this car pre-owned and its already tinted in the rear window and 2 small side windows.

Will just need to do the driver and passenger side, I also have the sun guard on the windshield.

On one of the rear side windows theres a small patch that the tint seemed to be ripped off.. arghh I didnt see that but I will end up fixing it but it shouldnt cost me too much... ohh by the way keep it legal to stay out of trouble
