My 04 G35 coupe is a Lemon and I'm actually turning her in this Tuesday. This whole process took about 1 year since I filed a claim. Now, I'm thinking whether or no I should buy an 06 g35coupe or perhaps wait til the end of the year for the "07". At this point I'm kinda leaning towards the 06 because I know most problems have been worked out. I dont know if Infiniti will use the information gathered from the older coupes to prevent having those issues on the newer 07 models. What do you guys think?

All manufacturers incorporate TSBs into their later models. They don't like you bringing your car in for repairs any more than you do.

Ugh! I live in Colorado, which he mentions as the worst place for lemon laws! Good thing I don't have a lemon, but it's still disheartening!

Good reading, getting a lemon is a scary thought. I also think it's scary when you purchase a car and something semi-major or major happens to the car when you first get it. Just seems like it will be more to come.

What was wrong with your G? My '04 has been absolutely faultless thus far, now at 17,000 miles.

My dealer has no problem with me bringing in my car for work, they tell me that's where they make their money.

My 05 G35C has been a real pain. At 500 miles the ABS system had to be replaced as well as the Bose HU. It took two weeks to get the parts and then another two weeks to schedule an appointment. After all this the replacement Bose HU still does not work. My first and last Infiniti
