hissing brakes

i have just noticed that my 6mt coupe hisses when i brake. you ahve to have everything off to hear it. i have no clue what it is, anyt ideas?

thats normal...they squeak very loudly when moving slowly w/ light brake pressure, but only for the first 500 miles or so...

ok thanks alot, hopefully it will clear up soon. im only at 337 miles

Mine still occasionally squeak at 8000 miles but this is pretty normal with the Brembos as far as I know.

maybe you guys misunderstood me. its not a squeak, its a hissing sound. if i press in the brakes it hisses like air is flowing through it or something..

yah i got that same prob, got 900 miles and still no go on it. Maybe they just too new or they keep them close to the rotors for maximum stoppage.
