I can fit 2 12 packs of 24oz poland spring water and about 10 bags of groceries in the trunk and i have a 4080 box and my trunk is raised due to my false floor with my amps underneath. I dont see what the big deal is. If you need to just put stuff in the backseat.

I had my entire OEM exhaust set-up and sway bars in the back of my G. Yes, the rear seats were down . . . But it all fit with room to spare. It's a coupe after all.

trunk space in the G35 is smaller than other coupes that I've seen, I move alot of things around from place to place and it has been an inconvenience but I usually find ways around it. sacrifice made for a nice sports car.

Our trunks can fit a decent amount of stuff, but it sure is a tight fit. Whenever I get the sedan loaner or any other decent size sedan, I realize how much space we really lack. I don't regret getting the coupe for any second though.

It's actually bigger than the GTO's trunk. IIRC, I don't think the GTO's seats fold down either.

Hauling big $hit? That's what friends and family are for...

I eliminated about 50% of my trunk use even with the seats down due to my rear strut brace. I am further eliminating more trunk space for my full size 18' Spare. =X

And don't say because we have big wheels or it's a sports car, etc. M3s have a very really reasonable size trunk.
M3's have no spare tire. They come with that fix a flat and an electric compressor.

That tires takes a lot of room. If you worried about trunk space you should get a sedan.

for you musicians out there, fitting a baritone saxophone in the trunk is definitely a challenge on my first try. I had to put down the backseat and fit it in from the doors.

Want a big trunk? Get a Camry. Sheesh, my mom has one of those and I swear I could fit 4 bodies, errr, I mean a lot of suitcases there! It reminded me of the trunk of a Crown Victoria! Seriously though, although the G's trunk is small compared to other cars, Ive never had problems fitting the things I need to put in there, or if needed, I use the back seat or even the floor of the passenger's area. At least the hinges do not interfere with the trunk space unlike other cars with larger trunks. If I need to carry huge things, I use my wife's Pathfinder...

Didn't you anticipate this happening when you chose to buy the car?

Trunk space? What? I have a Basslink in mine so I cut off like 20% of my already small trunk space... and everything still fits! =D ... but I do have a van to do all the beater work.
