05 6MT - open parking lot in snow (videos) - updated*

Update - now hosted by raize2k and downloading quickly
Well guys I took my 05 6MT to a huge open parking lot and let her rip it up for a few minutes. I had my buddy hold the camera for me. Sorry the quality isnt great, I was using a little sony digital camera not a camcorder. I am posting a link to a directory where the vids can be found.

I also put up the videos of my friends Honda accord. I figured why not. They arent to impressive, but he offered to hold the camera for me, so I figured I would do the same for him. His car is stock, hes not big into modding. I also put some pics of the G in a folder after I brought her home. Yes I hosed her down with warm water n got all the salt and snow and sand out from under the car.

Here are the link to the vids:

Thanks a lot raize2k for hosting the videos. Hopefully people can enjoy them now!

Please guys, no flaming and telling me that it is so bad for my car etc. I know it puts strain on the drivetrain, tires, etc, but it was my decision and I felt like doing it. Enjoy the vids!

If you're going to hose her down with warm water.. make sure you have her in a garage with the paint at room temperature... The paint isn't made go from cold freezing temps to warm temps that fast..

Sweet vids.

No I have the OEM 17" wheels and all season tires. The all seasons are aweful in the snow, but they are much better than the 19" tires would be. When these tires wear out I will be buying real snow tires. I dont know if you can tell in the videos but when I was stopped and wanted to get moving again it took me a while of just spinning. I just couldnt get traction, thats why these slides were so easy. 95% of the time in those videos I was in second gear at like 2500-4000 RPM.
