Which rim style do you guys like better?
Hey Guys,
I'm planning on getting 18" rims for my IP G35C and would like the preference of my fellow G members.
5Zigen FN01RC (silver) or PIAA Super Rozza (Hyper Black)?
Please comment on these wheels in appearance and quality wise etc.
Thanks and your suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I was seriously considering the PIAA super rozzas a while back, but then the new rims came out on the 05 G's, and I thought they looked a little too similar to OEM wheels. Of course you don't get the huge lip, etc, but for that kind of money, I'd rather want something that doesn't resemble the stock wheels as much.

Anyways, there is no confusing them with the stock 19". Especially since on the stockers the spokes stick out where it meets the edge of the rim. And the hyberblack finish and hi-polished lips makes the overall look/feel of the rim vastly different. Besides, the PIAAs are 3 piece with bolts all-around it. That will also look completely different from the stockers, and even my 2-piece rims.
Even from a distance, you aren't going to confuse the rims.
Here is a shot of my rims and the stock rims, from almost the same perspective. I don't think anybody will confuse the two:

I have the Hyper Black PIAA's in 20's and love them. They do resemble the 05 OEM rims a little but there is no mistaking one for the other. I wouldn't go smaller than 19's though. The PIAA'a are very good quality but are cast rims so you have to be careful around potholes. Also cleaning them is a pain in the a$$. I spend more time on the rims than I do the whole car. Some claim they are played out but no more played out than Volk.

If you're getting 18's id get the FN01RC. They look better than the PIAA's in 18's. If you were getting 19's you'd have to get the piaa's cause they dont make the FN01's in 19's.

Thanks for all of your suggestions guys! I wish I could post pics but I don't know how yet cause I'm fairly new to the forum.
I need to get 18" rims because I'm going to put on my stock tires and use the stock rims for winter. I like the FN01RC myself b/c it would reveal my brembos more than the PIAA, just that I heard PIAA has better quality on their rims. BTW, it's a 2 piece rim. One more thing, does anyone know which rim is more expensive because on website the price can fluctuate alot from sellers?
Thanks again guys, I'll update you guys with which one I decide!
I should be getting a set hopefully by this weekend.
